นิทรรศการศิลปะที่สร้างสรรค์ขึ้นด้วยแรงบันดาลใจจากความรัก ความเคารพ เทิดทูน และหวนหาอาลัย พระบาทสมเด็จพระปรมินทรมหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดช บรมนาถบพิตร ด้วยสำนึกในพระมหากรุณาธิคุณอันหาที่สุดมิได้ เมื่อความสงบสุขร่มเย็น ความเจริญก้าวหน้า ความงอกงามทางด้านศิลปะ วัฒนธรรม และประเพณีอันดีงามในแผ่นดินไทย ล้วนดำรงอยู่และดำเนินสืบเนื่องมาอย่างรุ่งเรืองได้บนแผ่นดินที่พระองค์ท่านทรงสร้าง ภูมิธรรมแห่งแผ่นดินทอง สื่อแสดงผ่านสัญลักษณ์ของสถานที่สำคัญที่มีความหมายเชื่อมโยงถึงพระองค์ท่าน โดยรูปแบบของงานภาพพิมพ์แกะไม้และภาพพิมพ์ตะแกรงไหมที่ละเอียดอ่อนงดงาม โดยศิลปินชั้นครู พิษณุ ศุภนิมิตร

“Legendary Land of the King: Journey through the Prints of Thailand’s Cultural and Natural Landscape” art exhibition inspired by love, respect and grievance for His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej who had been the greatest influence for Thai people during his reign. The monarch played an important role in uniting and keeping Thailand in peaceful state. The country has developed and excelled, while the art and culture have existed and been properly nurtured due to His Majesty’s righteous rule and unparalleled dedication. The artist applied symbols in his artworks to transmit ideas that related to the late King through his meticulous technique of woodcut and silkscreen printmaking.
